Jenny is a member of Australia ICOMOS and holds a Masters in Heritage Conservation and Bachelor of Design in Interior Design. She joined ICS in March 2025 as Senior Built Heritage Specialist bringing with her over ten years in private architectural heritage practices, where she has been working on predominantly government sites and heritage assets in the greater Sydney area.

In her previous role, she has conducted research on cultural heritage, written policy, led conservation efforts for historic buildings, cultural landscapes and heritage items as well as provided input into educational programming for local schools; and curated exhibits showcasing heritage items and artefacts. She has extensive experience in stakeholder and community consultation and engagement, including Aboriginal communities and has been involved in government design review panel discussions. As a senior heritage professional, she works closely with Government Agencies, conservation architects, historians, archaeologists, engineers, general contractors and specialist conservators.

Jenny’s role at ICS predominantly revolves around building diagnostics and condition assessments. Her day-to-day tasks involve site investigations, formulating conservation works and repair methodologies, advising on adaptive reuse opportunities of culturally significant sites as well as managing complex heritage conservation projects through construction. This work requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of heritage significance and conservation principles as well as current NSW standards and legislation.
