Lorna is an objects conservator based with ICS Perth, she conducts interventive conservation treatment on a wide range of objects and materials, including smaller studio-based projects and larger site-work in both Perth and regional WA.
Lorna previously worked for the Science Museum Group in the UK, where she gained extensive experience with industrial heritage objects, vehicles, and hazardous materials. She also has a special interest in ceramics and glass repair, as well as decorative objects and organic materials. Her background in fine art and broad experience in cultural heritage, including galleries, museums, and historic properties have made her a well-rounded and passionate conservator.
